Planned air conditioning maintenance for shops, cafés, salons, offices and light commercial premises. Servicing timed around your trading hours, F-Gas leak checks and logbook records kept current, and one engineer who knows your site.
No call-out charge to quote
Commercial systems run longer hours, carry heavier loads and cost you money the moment they stop. That changes how often they need looking at — and what gets checked.
Shops, cafés, salons, bars and takeaways run their systems from open to close, often with the door propped and the kitchen throwing out heat. Filters clog far faster than in a home, and a system nobody has cleaned in two years is quietly costing you a third more in electricity.
We service on a schedule that matches the hours you actually run, and we come outside trading hours where noise or access makes that sensible.
Usually needs Two visits a year — one before summer, one before winter — with filter cleaning between visits in heavy-cooking environments.
Multi-splits and VRF systems mean several indoor units, each of which has to be checked, cleaned and recorded individually. Add a server or comms room that runs year-round and you have equipment that never gets a rest.
One contract covers every unit on site. You get a single report, a single renewal date, and no one in your team trying to remember when the last service was.
Usually needs Annual or twice-yearly servicing across all units, plus continuous cover for any comms room system.
The same checklist every time, so the reports are comparable year on year and you can see what’s changing.
Before opening, after closing, or on your quietest day. We agree the slot when the contract starts, so it isn’t a negotiation every time.
Each indoor unit and every outdoor unit checked for wear, corrosion, damage and leaks — not a sample of them.
Filters cleaned or replaced, coils, fans and grilles cleaned to restore airflow. In kitchens and salons this is the single biggest recovery of lost efficiency.
Pressures and charge checked, connections and contactors tested, condensate drains cleared and proved. Blocked drains are the most common cause of a mid-summer shutdown.
Where your systems fall under F-Gas, the leak check is carried out and the equipment record updated the same day — not written up later from memory.
A written report with condition, work done and anything worth watching, so you can budget rather than be surprised.
As a business operating air conditioning you carry legal duties a homeowner doesn’t. Here’s what they are and which parts we take off your desk.
| Your duty as operator | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Use qualified engineers | All refrigerant work is carried out by F-Gas registered engineers, and the certification sits with your records. |
| Keep equipment records | We maintain the record for every system we look after — refrigerant type and charge, work carried out, gas added or recovered — and leave you a copy each visit. |
| Leak check at the required frequency | Frequency is set by each system’s CO₂-equivalent charge, not its size in kilowatts. We work out which of your systems are in scope and schedule them so nothing lapses. |
| Arrange TM44 energy inspections | Systems above the statutory output threshold need a periodic energy inspection by an accredited assessor, lodged on the national register. We’ll tell you whether yours qualify and help you arrange it. |
| Recover refrigerant at end of life | When equipment is replaced or decommissioned we recover the refrigerant, dispose of it correctly and document it, so the trail has no gap in it. |
General guidance, not legal advice. What applies to you depends on your specific equipment, refrigerant charge and premises — we’ll confirm it at survey.
A three-unit hair salon and a fifteen-unit office are not the same job, and pricing either from a web page would mean padding the number to cover the unknown. We survey first, then give you a fixed annual figure that doesn’t move.
Every indoor unit adds time. This is the single biggest factor in the price.
Once a year for light use, twice for heavy or hospitality use, more for critical systems.
Ceiling voids, high-level units, roof plant and anything needing a tower or platform changes the time on site.
Whether your refrigerant charge triggers statutory leak checks, and at what frequency.
Out-of-hours and weekend visits are available and priced accordingly.
Whether you want priority breakdown response and discounted repairs included.
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend visits are available and are how most of our retail and hospitality customers prefer to work. We agree the slot when the contract starts so it isn’t a discussion every time.
Twice a year for systems in constant use or in kitchens, salons and other high-load environments; annually for lighter office use. Statutory F-Gas leak checks are separate from servicing, and their frequency depends on the refrigerant charge in each system.
Yes, and most of our contracts are exactly that. We’re approved service partners for Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Samsung, Hisense, Midea and Bosch, and we service all other major brands. The first visit includes a full condition survey so you know what you’ve inherited.
Contract customers get priority response and discounted repairs. We’ll agree a response time when we quote, based on how critical the system is to your trading.
Yes. We keep the equipment record for every system we maintain, carry out leak checks at the required frequency, and update the record on the day. If you’re ever inspected, the documentation exists and is current.
It depends on your lease, and it’s worth checking before you assume the landlord has it covered. In most commercial leases the tenant is responsible for maintaining plant serving their demise. We’re happy to quote either way.
Yes — commercial air conditioning, VRV/VRF systems, chillers and refrigeration, including leak testing and logbook records.
